This page details the shipping, return and refund conditions applicable to orders placed on legardetempsboutique.com.

Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment. Shipments are handled by La Poste, both in France and internationally.

Small items such as glasses, rods, axles, or springs are sent by letter. Larger items and watches are shipped via tracked parcel.

You can order several items at once: shipping costs are automatically grouped in the basket, regardless of the number of items.

France: generally 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.
European Union: 4 to 8 working days.
Rest of the world: 7 to 20 working days depending on the destination.

These delivery times are those provided by La Poste. They are indicative and cannot be guaranteed.

For destinations outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or processing fees may apply upon arrival. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price paid on the website.

France: Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt. The item must be returned complete, in its original condition, and in its packaging if it had any.

Please contact us before returning any item, either via the contact form or at legardetemps@outlook.fr, specifying your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with the return address and instructions.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The initial shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. It will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

If the item you receive does not match its description or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. In this case, the return and refund will be entirely at our expense.

If an item arrives damaged or does not match its description, we will send you a replacement free of charge, subject to availability. Contact us describing the problem, and if possible, include photos. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a refund.

LeGardeTemps, Léo Rezé Livraison et retours Cette page précise les conditions d’expédition, de retour et de remboursement applicables aux commandes passées sur legardetempsboutique.com.
